The hotel was located just next door to the Gachas river, and the restaurant. The staff was very kind and fast, as well as host. We got a room with bidet. The food was EXCELLENT with plenty of choice!

Convenient for tourist spot, beautiful view. During my recent city trip, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was close to a popular tourist spot and that it had a beautiful view. the rooms were decently clean which was a plus.
Unfriendly staff, poor breakfast and yellow restroom water. my experience at the hotel was not entirely positive.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic mountain view. Fast and helpful staff. Tasty restaurant. Walking distance to Las Gachas. Clear river with fine colors. Nice for bird watching. Clean and friendly with animals.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Convenient Location and Exceptional Staff
During our city break, we were delighted to have chosen a hotel that was in such a great location. It was easy to access all the attractions and activities that we wanted to experience. we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional staff who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They provided us with helpful advice and were always available to answer our questions.
We had a few minor concerns. The amenities were limited, and we would have preferred a wider range of options.
